Deisy's Cafe Bakery started as a one-oven dream in 2010 — a small space on Elmora Avenue with a bigger ambition: to give Elizabeth a place where the coffee is strong, the pastries are fresh, and nobody rushes you out the door.
Today we bake over 50 items every morning, from flaky croissants and signature cinnamon rolls to custom celebration cakes. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who share our obsession with quality. The result? A neighborhood spot that locals proudly call their own.
